What Is DissociaDID?
We are dedicated to tackling the stigma surrounding Mental Illness, with a primary focus on Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID) and other trauma-centric disorders. We share our personal experiences with our disorder alongside supportive, validating and scientifically accurate content.
Our goal?
To debunk the negative connotations surrounding DID, promote understanding and awareness of scientific, medical and psychological evidence, and to explain the psychology behind this greatly misunderstood disorder. On this website, you will find free resources, advice, and worksheets, as well as information about upcoming publications and releases from us. On our Resources pages, you will find recommendations and links to medical journals; studies; books; organisations; periodicals; and other helpful references.
